Try to position the circle so that the girl was in its center. I did not like much the dark areas of the circle, so I cleaned them, using Eraser Tool (E).

80

Step 43

Create a new layer. Use two brushes in the form of cubes and draw a small explosion of them. On the Brush Presets (where we exposed Angle) you can flip the brush horizontally and vertically. Use it in different ways to create one brush diverse. I used a Eyedropper Tool (I) to orange color was the same as the color of the sky. To quickly switch between colors, click "X" on keyboard. To make the default color (Black & White) use "D". Place the cubes in different places and with different color (you can add a little near model's sneakers) so it will be much more interesting.

81

Step 44

Create a new layer. Now I have drawn from brushes of small circle (I used almost all of brushes once). After I drew it, I used Skew Tool (Edit > Transform > Skew) and correct perspective of circle.

82

Step 45

Once the circle is ready, I Duplicate it (Cmd /Ctrl+ J) twice, changing their size and is located under sneaker of model.

83

Step 46

Create a new layer, above the adjustment layer "Black & White". Use a soft brush (Opacity: 50%, Hardness: 0%, Color: White), apply this layer to the layer with the model (hold Option/Alt and click on it). Draw on the hand model a little reflection.

84

Step 47

We ended up with a drawing and start adding digital noise. Again, create a new layer and fill it black color (D, then X then Cmd/Ctrl + Del). Convert layer for Smart Filters (Filter > Convert for Smart Filters). Add first filter "Fibers" (Filter > Render > Fibers...) and second "Add Noise" (Filter > Noise > Add Noise...).

86

Step 48

Now we turn to settings for this layer. Set a blending mode "Overlay" and Opacity: 65%. Add a layer mask and invert it (Cmd/Ctrl + I).

87

Step 49

Use a soft brush (Size: 125px, Opacity: 60%, Hardness: 0%) and draw (on a layer mask) a noise, where you like. I drew it under the sneaker of model and a bit on the circle.88

Step 50

That's it! The picture is completely ready! One note, if you want to color version of the city, then turn off the adjustment layer "Black & White" above the city group.

    1. Thank you very much for your comment, but you can see at least one light source here? I have not. This digital world. This picture does not assumes the presence of light, but if you want you can add it to your liking.

  1. I can't get the sneaker to be part of the selection for Step 6 when using the 'Quick Selection" tool, it always cuts a big piece off :I

This is an interesting tutorial though it would be great if i could get it done :)

    1. Hi Michael! This happens if you use a large "Spacing" value. On the Tools settings, next to the Tools mode, there is an icon with the size and kind of brush. Click on it and reduce "Spacing" value to 1%. As an alternative method, you can use a Pen Tool (P), make path and selection from it (right click > Make Selection > Feather Radius - 0px) and add a layer mask (icon on bottom of Layer panel or go to Layer > Layer Mask > Reveal Selection) to the layer to remove background. If you have any more questions, feel free to write me and I will answer to you.

    1. Hi John! It's simple, I use Adobe Photoshop СС 2014 on Windows 8.1. If you have any questions in repeating my tutorial, be sure to write to me and I will help you. I tried to write a tutorial available for CS and CC versions.

  2. There is no other artists for the tutorials?
Jenny Le, Santosh Rao tutorials like theirs could be great for the site.
