Do you have these Presets for Apple?

The product includes LUT files for Final Cut Pro X. As for Apple Photos, unfortunately, there are none and it doesn’t appear that the app supports presets.
If you’re not a fan of Adobe’s products, you can look into Affinity Photo or Luminar. Those apps support loading the LUT files.
