Can they be used on an earlier version of Photoshop?

You’ll need Photoshop CC 2018 or newer. Older versions do not support the new XMP Lightroom presets.

I cannot use them on my Imac. It’s only for Windows!!!!!

Lightroom presets can be installed on both Mac & Windows. What issues are you running into? Have you tried the steps in the manual?
