Affinity Photo vs Photoshop - Worth the Switch?

Affinity Photo is a great alternative to Photoshop but it was only available on Macs. It’s finally available on Windows and I’ll be testing out the public beta. You and I will be exploring the features, comparing the pros and cons between Photoshop, and finding out if it’s worth the switch from Photoshop to Affinity Photo.

  1. very useful and informative! many thanks!
I used to use Photoshop for high school and college, but I definitely hate that there is a monthly subscription. I did so much research to find a cheaper alternative to Photoshop and I came across Affinity Photo.
I am glad I switched and I don't really miss Photoshop. Affinity photo is stable, easy to use and by a fraction of the cost. It works well with my XPPen Deco Mini7 drawing tablet.

  2. Really useful video. I like the way you actually came to a conclusion at the end, with specific advice on what use. Also you didn't talk about the price of them, which to me isn't really a factor as it's for my business, and even the full creative cloud per month asking price is a minor consideration compared to how much revenue they generate. Thanks!

  3. I've been waiting for a long time for Affinity to be available on windows, I'm glad it's now available. Can't wait to try it, thanks for this
