Turn any photo into a dot grid artwork with these Photoshop actions. You'll get great results with dots that change size. They get larger in brighter areas and smaller in darker areas. Free download available.
- Import the image of the fish scales texture and place it on the face of the model as shown.
2) Now set the Blending Mode of the scales texture to Overlay.
3) Now by using the Fins Brush paint near the eye as shown.
