    Wow, this is very interesting. I take a lot of photos with a wide angle lens and have been trying to get rid of that distortion with different compositions. Now at least I know I can do it in photoshop if needed.

    Have been doing it this way for about a year, definitely works better than PS ‘s adaptive. Even brought the retoucher actions just because of this one action.

      Sorry for the confusion. Lightroom corrects Lens Distortion which is different. I added an image to better show what it does:

    2. Sorry about the confusion. Lightroom only corrects Lens distortion which is different. Here’s an image to show what it does (notice the TV’s unnaturally wide shape in the before picture).
